Having attended the Sunflower Centre for about 4 years I have always been made most welcome and staff are very attentive to my needs. They know my likes and dislikes and although I cannot communicate very well they take time to listen to me and take any action needed. Weather permitting I enjoy trips around the beautiful gardens and someone usually finds time to push me around. Even though I cannot partake in the activities I am not excluded, there is always someone there to help me join in. I am collected from home by NSL transport. This is not very reliable and with a little thought could be much improved.

My dad was able to go home after a short stay in the hospice. His medication was changed and now has a better quality of life. The staff were friendly and caring and everything was explained in great detail. The after care support was also very good, we can't thank them enough for the quality of care my dad received.
